Shorewest real estate agent Pat Tasker was honored at this year’s Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Convention with an award from the Council of Residential Specialists. She was named the CRS Chapter Member of the Year for Wisconsin. She is also being installed as the President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Council of Real Estate Specialists.
The Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS) is the professional designation offered by the Council, and is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. It recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education, and only 3% of all REALTORS® hold the CRS designation.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be named Chapter Member of the Year, and this recognition will help kick-start a great year as President on the Chapter,” said Pat Tasker. “The CRS designation shows my dedication toward continued education in the residential sales field — education that benefits my clients.”
Congratulations Pat on your award, and we wish you all the best in your Chapter presidency.
