My wife and I recently purchased a home, and we utilized the services of Team Pouwels on the sale of our existing home, and the purchase of our new home. Our home sold for its asking price with only less than a week on the market! We love our new home as well, and got very sound advice from them!

Team Pouwels provided our family with exceptional service through both the buying and selling process. We primarily worked with Joy but spent time with Don, too. They both are personable, knowledgeable, and accessible. Joy was timely in answering questions, providing feedback and showing us homes. If she didn't know an answer or have a resource, she sought them out. She worked above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. If we had a hiccup, Joy was right by our side cheering us along and giving us any support necessary. In the end, when the market was slim in our desired area she worked with colleagues and ultimately, showed us our current home before it was even live on the MLS. Team Pouwels gave us personalized service. Joy respected our needs, was caring, and stood by her word. She worked tirelessly to make sure we got a fair price for our home and paid a fair price for our new home. Outstanding! Amazing! The Pouwels Team made our transition from Milwaukee to Green Bay quick and easy. Their professionalism and love for their job showed with every visit we made to Green Bay to look at houses. Due to the distance we wanted to make the most of our visits. On two separate occations Joy flawlessly scheduled more than 20 showings in one day. She presented us with a booklet of homes of interest including pictures and details of each home and a car full of snacks for the long day... Yum! She got to know our family and tailored our search until we found the perfect home. Not being familiar with the Green Bay area, the Pouwels first hand knowledge of schools, churches, parks and activites was a huge help (and relief). They were able to answer all of our questions and we really can't say enough about Joy & Don. Although we were blindly referred to the Pouwels, we could have hand picked better realtors (or people) to help us find our new home. Their time and genuine kindness will always be remembered.
