Joe Horning, President, and John P. Horning, Executive Vice President, along with 38 Shorewest sales associates and managers, attended the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Sales Manager SUMMIT and the Performance SUMMIT, February 22-24 at the Fontainebleau, Miami Beach, FL. The event was part of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) Conference Week, which attracted a prestigious audience of nearly 2,500 real estate professionals from 25 countries.
Performance SUMMIT was open exclusively to sales professionals from companies affiliated with LeadingRE, a global community of independent real estate companies awarded membership based on rigorous standards for service and performance. Sessions addressed a wide range of real estate topics, including how today’s globally aware consumers, the sociopolitical climate, the economy and the upcoming U.S. Presidential election will impact the real estate market. Participants explored new approaches for marketing, social media and technology and exchanged ideas on how to best meet the needs of home buyers and sellers.
Shorewest also had key managers attend the Sales Manager SUMMIT which was open exclusively to managers from around the world. Sessions addressed a wide range of real estate topics, including how today’s globally aware consumers, the sociopolitical climate, the economy and the upcoming U.S. Presidential election will impact the real estate market. Participants explored new approaches for attracting and supporting top talent, developing a leadership mindset and inspiring exceptional performance.
Keynote speakers included David Gregory, television host, author and former moderator of NBC’s Meet the Press; James Kane, author, behavioral scientist and the world’s foremost expert on loyalty; and Erik Stolhanske, actor, writer and producer of major motion pictures.
